Finding a Coach

Browse the coaching marketplace at /coaching. Coaches are verified community members or esports professionals. Filter by:

Game — Find coaches who specialise in your game
Role / Position — e.g. ADC, IGL, Support, Sniper
Price — Hourly rate or per-session fee
Rating — Average star rating from past students
Availability — Filter by coaches available now or in a specific time zone

Each coach profile shows their in-game rank, coaching experience, number of sessions completed, student reviews, and a sample highlight clip.

Booking a Session

Click a coach's profile to view full details, available time slots, and pricing.

Choose session type

Coaches offer different session types:

VOD Review — You upload a recording; the coach annotates it with feedback
Live Session — Real-time coaching via screen share and voice call
Written Feedback — The coach reviews your stats/profile and sends a written report
Gameplay Together — You and the coach play in the same lobby, with live audio feedback

Select a time slot

Pick an available slot from the coach's calendar. Sessions are shown in your local time zone.

Pay & confirm

Pay securely via your Nitrade wallet or card. Once payment is confirmed, the booking is locked and both you and the coach receive a confirmation email with the session link.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund or rescheduling credit.

Preparing for Your Session

If you booked a VOD Review, upload your recording at least 2 hours before the session so the coach has time to review it.
For live sessions, install Discord or the platform's voice tool and have your game running.
Write down specific areas you want to improve — coaches can give more targeted advice with clear goals.
Make sure your internet connection is stable and your microphone is working.

Tracking Your Progress

All coaching sessions are logged in your Coaching → Progress dashboard. From there you can:

Review all past session notes and coach feedback
See your performance metrics over time (win rate, KDA, placement trends)
Mark improvement goals and track whether they've been achieved
Watch VOD reviews with the coach's annotations overlaid
Book a follow-up session with the same coach

AI Coaching

The AI Coaching feature provides automated performance analysis without needing to book a human coach. It is available to all users (free tier has limited analyses per month; premium subscribers have unlimited access).

How it works

Connect your gaming account(s) under Profile → Settings → Linked Accounts.
The AI pulls your recent match history automatically.
Navigate to Coaching → AI and click Analyse My Recent Matches.
The AI generates a personalised report covering: most common mistakes, map/position awareness, decision patterns, and comparison to players at your target rank.
Follow the AI's suggested drills and watch the attached reference clips to practise specific improvements.

Upload a VOD directly to AI Coaching for a detailed frame-by-frame breakdown, even if your game account is not connected.

Becoming a Coach

If you're an experienced player who wants to earn by coaching others:

Go to /coaching and click Become a Coach.
Complete the application: verify your in-game rank, submit a short coaching philosophy statement, and upload a sample coaching clip.
Nitrade's team reviews applications within 3–5 business days.
Once approved, set up your coach profile, pricing, session types, and availability.
Earnings are deposited to your Nitrade wallet after each completed session. Withdraw to your bank account or mobile money via the Payments page.
