Payments & Wallet
Everything about depositing, spending, withdrawing, and receiving money on Nitrade.
Your Nitrade Wallet
Your wallet holds funds you've deposited or earned on the platform. Access it from Dashboard → Payouts or the wallet icon in the navigation.
Your wallet shows:
- Available balance — funds available to spend or withdraw
- Pending balance — tournament winnings or marketplace sales in the escrow/clearing period
- Transaction history — all deposits, withdrawals, purchases, and earnings
Depositing Funds
To add funds to your wallet, go to Dashboard → Payouts → Add Funds. Supported payment methods:
Deposits are processed instantly for cards and mobile money. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. A small processing fee may apply depending on the payment method.
Gift cards purchased in the Marketplace can be redeemed here to add balance — perfect as a gift for another player.
Spending Your Balance
Your wallet balance can be used for:
- Tournament entry fees
- Marketplace purchases
- Coaching session bookings
- Subscription plans
- Merchandise orders
- Rental bookings
At checkout, select Nitrade Wallet as your payment method. If your balance is insufficient, you'll be prompted to top up or pay the difference with another method.
Withdrawing Earnings
Withdraw funds to your bank account or mobile money wallet from Dashboard → Payouts → Withdraw.

Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Verification to complete this.
Tournament Prize Payouts
When you win a tournament, your prize is credited to your wallet after the organiser verifies results and triggers the payout. This typically happens within 24–48 hours of the tournament ending.
- You'll receive a notification when a payout is credited
- Pending prizes show in your wallet as Pending until released
- If a payout hasn't arrived after 72 hours, contact the tournament organiser first, then open a support ticket
Taxes & Compliance
Nitrade may be required to collect tax information from earners above a certain threshold, depending on your country. If required, you'll be prompted to complete a tax form under Dashboard → Payouts → Tax Information. Nitrade does not provide tax advice — consult a local tax professional if you're unsure of your obligations.
