Marketplace

Buy and sell gaming items, gear, services, and digital goods.

Browsing the Marketplace

Visit /marketplace to browse all listings. Use the filters to narrow results by:

  • Category: Gaming gear, peripherals, accounts, in-game items, gift cards, services
  • Game: Filter items associated with a specific game
  • Price range: Set minimum and maximum price
  • Condition: New, like new, used, or digital (no condition)
  • Seller rating: Filter by sellers above a star rating
  • Location / Shipping: Local pickup vs worldwide shipping

Click any listing to see the full product details, seller profile, photos, and reviews from previous buyers.

Buying an Item

Find a listing

Browse or search for the item you want. Add it to your Wishlist if you want to watch the price or come back later.

Review listing details

Check photos, description, seller rating, and shipping options carefully before purchasing. Read the seller's return policy.

Add to cart or buy now

Click Add to Cart to continue shopping, or Buy Now to proceed directly to checkout.

Checkout

At /checkout, select your delivery address, choose a payment method (Nitrade wallet, card, mobile money), and confirm your order.

Track your order

After purchase, view your order at /orders. You'll receive email notifications for order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.

Only purchase items through Nitrade's secure checkout. Never pay sellers directly outside the platform — Nitrade's buyer protection only covers on-platform transactions.

Creating a Listing (Selling)

Go to Create Listing

Choose a category

Select the most accurate category for your item. This determines which filters buyers can use to find your listing.

Add photos

Upload at least 3 photos (JPG/PNG, max 10MB each). Include front, back, and any defect shots for physical items. Good photos dramatically improve your chances of selling quickly.

Write a description

Be thorough: include the condition, any accessories included, age of the item, and any relevant specs or game compatibility.

Set the price

Enter the sale price. Enable Offers if you're open to negotiation. For digital goods, enable Instant Delivery with the digital code or file upload.

Choose shipping options

For physical items, select whether you offer local pickup, domestic shipping, or international shipping. Set the shipping fee or mark it as free shipping.

Publish

Click Publish Listing. Your item goes live immediately. You can edit or deactivate a listing at any time from Dashboard → Products.

Managing Orders

All your orders (as buyer and seller) are accessible from Dashboard → Orders.

As a buyer:

  • Track shipment status and view tracking numbers
  • Mark an order as received once it arrives
  • Leave a review for the seller
  • Open a dispute if the item doesn't arrive or doesn't match the listing

As a seller:

  • View new orders and buyer details
  • Mark items as shipped and enter the tracking number
  • Issue refunds (partially or fully) if needed
  • View your sales history and earnings

Buyer Protection & Disputes

Nitrade holds payments in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt or the automatic confirmation window closes (7 days after delivery). This protects you if:

  • The item was never shipped
  • The item is significantly different from the listing description
  • The item arrived damaged

To open a dispute, go to Orders → [Order] → Open Dispute. Provide photos and a description. Nitrade's support team will review within 3–5 business days and issue a ruling. If the dispute is found in your favour, you receive a full refund.
