Merchandise

Official Nitrade gear, custom apparel, and gaming accessories delivered to your door.

Browsing Merchandise

Visit /merchandise to browse the full Nitrade merchandise catalogue. Categories include:

  • Apparel — T-shirts, hoodies, jerseys
  • Accessories — Mouse pads, stickers, keycaps, lanyards
  • Headwear — Caps, beanies
  • Limited editions — Seasonal drops and collaborations
  • Custom team gear — Order branded items for your team

Customising a Product

Many products support custom printing or engraving. Products with this option display a Customise button on the product page.

Select a product

Browse to /merchandise, pick the item you want, and click Customise.

Add your design

On the customisation page (/merchandise/[id]/customize), you can:
  • Upload your own artwork (PNG/SVG, min 300 DPI)
  • Add text with font, size, and colour choices
  • Position the design using the drag-and-drop canvas
  • Preview the design on the product in 3D

Choose size & quantity

Select your size (size guides are shown for each product) and quantity. Bulk orders of 10+ units receive a discount.

Add to cart and checkout

Custom orders take 5–10 business days to produce before shipping. Delivery times are in addition to production time.

Placing an Order

  1. Add items to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping address — double-check postal code and country before confirming.
  4. Choose a shipping method (standard, express, or pickup if available).
  5. Pay via wallet, card, or mobile money.
  6. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

Tracking & Managing Orders

View your merchandise orders at Merchandise → My Orders. You can:

  • Track shipment status and view courier tracking links
  • Download your invoice or receipt
  • Report a problem (item damaged or incorrect) within 14 days of delivery
  • Request a return for unworn/unused items within 30 days (custom-printed items are non-returnable unless defective)
